School support staff are often the glue that holds a classroom together, often the person the children feel they can lean on when they are struggling, this may be academically or emotionally.
TeachWell believe there is nothing more important then making sure our staff feel valued and appreciated. At the start of the academic year we introduced the teaching assistant of the month incentive (this includes all school support staff).
