If you’ve ever worked in a school, you’ll know one thing for certain: no two days are ever the same. If you’ve worked in supply, you’ll know that applies before you’ve even had your first sip of tea.

Here’s what we’ve learned this week:

Rolling with last-minute cover, deciphering half-written planning, and remembering 30 names in under five minutes? That’s supply superpower energy.
3. The schools are brilliant, too
We’ve seen how welcoming schools are — a quick tour, a cuppa, and you’re part of the team. (Bonus points if they have biscuits.)
