TeachWell is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher on behalf of a welcoming primary school in Lowestoft.

This is a full-time teaching position for the Autumn Term and would suit a confident Key Stage 2 teacher who thrives on building positive relationships and making a real difference to children's lives.

The school serves a diverse community and is looking for a teacher who can provide consistency, structure and high expectations within the classroom. The successful candidate will be joining a committed staff team that is passionate about supporting pupils both academically and personally.

This role would particularly suit a resilient and proactive practitioner who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, establishing clear routines and helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 pupils.
  • Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Be confident in establishing positive behaviour expectations and classroom routines.
  • Have a nurturing yet consistent approach to supporting pupils.
  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability and a positive mindset.
