What do our client schools look for?
-A minimum level 3 teaching assistant qualification is preferred but not necessary dependant on experience.
-Previous childcare experience, ideally in a school environment.
-Good communication skills with adults and children.
-Able to work alongside the class teacher to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
-Able to provide a safe environment for all children.
