TeachWell are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated HLTA, it does not matter if you are looking for full time work or just available a day a week. Our client schools are based predominately along the East Anglia coastline so why not hit the beach after work!?
Key responsibilities:
– Support the class teacher to create an environment which is a happy and caring place where pupils feel secure and safe
– Planning, preparation and assessments.
– Be available to cover classes at such times as necessary.
– Recording and reporting on pupil’s achievement, progress and development.
Skills & Experience:
– Experience covering classes and working to a lesson plans.
– Hold a relevant HLTA qualification.
– Good communication skills with adults and children.
– An ability to work on your own initiative.
You will be working with a focused and friendly supply agency who will support you to enhance your experience and unsure you are suitably matched with our client schools.
