Description
No Two Days Need to Look the Same!
One morning you could be helping a Year 1 class discover the magic of storytelling.
Another day, you might be guiding Year 6 pupils through a tricky maths challenge.
You could be exploring the world with curious Early Years learners or stepping into a KS2 classroom where your enthusiasm makes all the difference.
Whatever the day brings, you’ll have the opportunity to do what you do best – teach!
At TeachWell Ltd, we’re looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to support primary schools in Saxmundham and the surrounding area.
We offer temporary supply teaching opportunities, including day-to-day cover, short-term bookings and longer-term assignments, subject to school requirements.
You choose when you’re available, and we’ll work with you to find suitable opportunities.
What Does a Day on Supply Look Like?
Every school is different, but your role could involve:
- Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Following lesson plans and keeping learning on track.
- Creating a welcoming, positive classroom environment.
- Encouraging pupils to participate, ask questions and enjoy learning.
- Adapting activities to support different abilities and additional learning needs.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Working alongside Teaching Assistants and other school staff.
- Providing feedback and a clear handover at the end of the day.
You bring the enthusiasm, confidence and teaching skills. We’ll help you find the classrooms that need them.
Could You Be the Teacher We’re Looking For?
We’re keen to hear from teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within primary education or are Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
- Can confidently manage a classroom and adapt to different school environments.
- Bring creativity, patience and enthusiasm to their teaching.
- Have strong communication and organisational skills.
- Are committed to safeguarding and supporting every child’s development.
Whether you’re newly qualified, have years of classroom experience or are returning to teaching after a break, we’d love to hear from you.
