Let’s be honest – supply work is no small feat. You adapt, inspire, and bring energy into every school you step into. The summer holidays are the perfect time to slow down. Lie in, take that mid-morning coffee outside, and enjoy the peace and quiet.
🌱 Reflect on the Year
What were your favourite moments? The unexpected thank-you from a child you supported? The school where you felt right at home? Summer is a great time to reflect on what went well, what you’ve learned, and where you want to go next in your career.
