TeachWell are looking to expand our team of Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to work on a supply basis predominately along the East Anglia coastline.
Teaching Assistant role:
As a teaching assistant you will need to be able create a positive learning environment whilst supporting young children and the classroom teacher. You will be responsible for helping children who need extra support, this may involve whole class, 1:1 or small group activities and supporting the teachers in managing classroom behaviour.
What do our client schools expect from a TeachWell Teaching Assistants?
• Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• An ability to build good working relationships with both pupils and adults.
• Flexibility and creativity.
