TeachWell are recruiting for an experienced 1:1 learning support assistant with the imagination, energy and commitment to make a positive difference to a popular school in Great Yarmouth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Previous experience with SEN children is essential.
-Delivering 1:1 support that is designed to ensure that a child’s needs are met.
-Providing the child with the necessary tools to concentrate and complete tasks.
-Available Monday-Friday, mornings only.
-Good communication skills with adults and children.
-Clarifying and explaining instructions.
-Consistently and effectively implementing agreed behaviour management strategies.
We are looking for candidates who:
-Have experience in a similar role/environment.
-A minimum level 3 teaching assistant qualification.
-An ability to work on their own initiative.
-Able to provide a safe environment for all children.
